At The Freshwater Butcher, we are passionate about providing our customers with the highest quality cuts of meat.
All out meat is sourced from sustainable farming practices to ensure we supply fresh, Australian grown, tender cuts.
Our free-range beef and lamb are pasture (grass) fed. 100% no grains, hormones or chemicals throughout the whole process.
Our free-range pork comes from an ethical farm just outside of Ulladulla that believes in free-range and naturally fed pork.
Our poultry are free-range and we stock a range of organic whole chickens.
We also specialise in dry-aged cuts, ranging from 32 to 50 day aged beef.
Monday - Friday: 8am - 6pm
Saturday: 8am - 4:30pm
Sunday: 10am - 4:30pm
